A European program on the pathogen of amphibians ( Batrachochytrium dendrobatidis) is currently (2009-2012). For France, 2011 is the year of the study of its prevalence nationally ( www.alerte-amphibien.fr ). The implementation of this study is an opportunity to collect data on other factors that may affect amphibian populations.
